Mimpi, Dream, 夢, όνειρο

              I like my name. My full name is Yusinta Memoriani. The part I like is “MEMORI” that means ‘kenangan’ in Indonesian or ‘memory’ in English. And if I make an acronym of my name, its form YUME that means “dream” in Japanese. Ahahahaha! It is just intermezzo because we will talk about dream.

              There is one of motivator said that he did not like the word “mimpi” (dream in Indonesian) because it feels like it is just daydreaming without hopes inside that dream. But I do not meant to discuss about the philosophy of a words.

              “Dream high. Its free.” said one of my friends on his facebook status. I said, “Yes! You must dream high!” It will make you cheer up. At least when you do not know what you should do and hopeless, you have point of view that there are still dreams you can reach. Although sometimes I also feel hopeless but if we have dream it shows that we still have hope. There is nothing impossible right. My lecturer said that we must confident that we can do it. If we think we can do it so we do can do it. But once we think we can not, we do can not. So just think we can do it, we can make it.

             I also ever read a book about dream. That book is one of Chicken Soup series. That book tells that there is someone who wrote down his one hundred dreams on the paper and sticks it on the wall in his room. Day by day one by one that dreams was fulfill without he realized it. And that book also said that believing is more important than anyone plan we have. Then I followed that way. I found it is work. (You can try it also to write down your one hundred dreams or everything you want in this life and more). That note of the dreams will help us to not get lost. The feelings that we have a hope, dream; we know what we want and what we should do is very important. I have ever felt that I got lost. I do not know what I want. I do not know what to do. It is all emptiness. I do not know what and where I am looking for and how to find it. I can not find it. It is like hell. Lazy all of the time, do everything half heart way. I do not know how to explain it more. Just…it worst. Although until now I still try to find it, I feel better. I do not want you to feel that way. So as a friend, I want to give you this four leaf clover. It is a symbol of luck in Japan and some other country. This leaf is special because it appears 1: 100.000 because of genetic factor. Hopefully you are fulfilled by luck to meet your dream. :)
